Volunteer Work
Get involved with the Chembe Projects 'hands on' ~ visit Mike at the Project Centre to see what the latest projects are up to. Spend as little as an afternoon helping us by getting involved during your stay!

Boat Trips
You can visit Thumbe Island, feed Fish Eagles, snorkel at Otter Point, simply laze on other beaches, enjoy fish braais and much much more. We use the local guys who are part of the ‘Cape Maclear Boat Tour Committee’, they are on a rotation which ensures that they all get regular business. Craft Shopping
There are a wide range of locally produced crafts for sale in the village ranging from jewellery, paintings and carvings. Take a stroll and see what they're offering.

Diving 
PADI diving available through Frogman Divers who offer open water to divemaster level.

Kayaking
You can hire single and double kayaks from us at a cost of $10 per half day and $20 for the full day.

Books for reading 
We have a collection of books stored in the Community Project Centre. Please ask if you would like to purchase. Each book is $5 and all proceeds go to the community projects.

Internet Access
There are Skyband ‘Hotspots’ around the bay. Purchase your Skyband internet card and hire a laptop at Gecko Lounge.
